When Will My Order Arrive?
For Aus, Canada, UK and NZ we ship from our international distribution centre, please allow 5-12 business days for delivery. For US we have a distribution center in Salt Lake, delivery should happen within 4-7 days. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver your books securely.

Tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is fulfilled. Please note tracking updates become active when your package reaches your destination country and is processed by your local postal services.

About Our Shipping
As a small business, we subsidise shipping costs to keep books affordable—the charge at checkout covers only part of international postage. Orders over $80 AUD (or local currency equivalent) qualify for free shipping. We pay our fulfilment and postal workers fairly through ethical supply chains, which means we can't offer free overnight, but your purchase supports fair wages and small business sustainability.

Returns Policy
We really believe in these books! If you're not happy with your books or cards, we're happy to accept returns as long as the items are in brand new condition and you reach out within 7 days of receiving your books.

Please note that customers are responsible for return postage costs, as we're a small independent business. To arrange a return, please email us with your order number and we will organise a returns form for you.

Are the Books Ethically Created & Distributed?
Creation: The books were written based on Orlanda's psychology background, decade of teaching experience and her mental health journey. The illustrations are a combination of digital watercolour drawing tools, image generation (trained on paid and licensed images) and through independent illustrators.

Printing: We use a small international printing company that aligns with our values. Julie and her team are wonderful. The books are created with quality matte art paper, perfect binding with sewn spines and offset printing.
