I purchased the bundle. These books are an amazing tool for our little ones, and are beautifully written in a way the kids understand. They love reading them before bed.

My Brain is a Home is such a beautifully written book. It is so easy to read, my 3.5 year old loves it, it has beautifully illustrated metaphors explaining the different jobs the brain does which my daughter understands and can connect with well.

My daughter took it to Pre-Prep for show and share and the teacher emailed and wanted to keep it at school for the week to incorporate into the learning.

Will definitely be purchasing the books as a gift for “Educators Day” this year!

Ordered the deck after seeing how much our kids loved the books! Each night we lie in bed and each draw a card and try to remember a time when the message would have helped us. Highly recommend

We been going thru big feelings with 4 yr old the books help him learn about what he needs to do to help reset. He loved the chart showing his emotions and how to help.

All four of these books are an incredible resource for kids (and adults) so I highly recommend getting the entire bundle. Each book goes together so well, building on the content in the other books to give you a wonderful toolkit for supporting everyone in the families mental health.

Reading this to my 6 year old she said "Mum this book is teaching me about my brain but in a fun way" and she is so right. There is so much useful information in here, beautifully packaged and easy to digest. Sparked a wonderful conversation.

This book is so good. My kids love it and even my youngest has started saying things like "my amygdala is barking" when he is stressed/worked up. Will be buying the others soon!

These books are phenomenal. They are beautifully written, with key messages explained in such a simplistic yet meaningful way for children to read and learn from. As a mum of two boys and an early childhood educator, these books have such a place in helping our little ones learn about there own brains, the importance of mental health and empowering them and supporting them to make decisions, learning about how to implement strategies to support emotional regulation and in turn mental health. Best mental health books I have come across for children. Highly recommend.
