This is a great book!

This is a great book! A great way to help kids understand and visualize appropriate reactions. Honestly I wish I was taught neuroanatomy in this way. My daughter is 8 and loves it

My Granddaughter really liked how her brain

My Granddaughter really liked how her brain works and its parts! I as a Primary teacher viewed it as both educational but importantly promotes mental health and potential understanding how to regulate our emotions

So helpful for my 5 year old

This is such a helpful book that has given me the tools to help my son's anxiety. Today he was so nervous going to a potential new school (we're relocating). Before going in, I asked what he thought his guard dog was doing, he said barking a lot. He said it felt like a number 2 (on the problem scale). I asked what he could do to help, he said use his wise words. He picked 'this is going to be hard, but I can do hard things'. We went in and he did so well. I can't thank you enough for giving me these tools to help him and empower him. We are still learning from the book but having only just started, I can already see the difference and what a help it is. Thank you a million times over.
