Great Poster!
Amazing books! We purchased all of them to help my son navigate puberty and depression. He loves these book and asks to read them every night! The author describes the brain in ways that are easy for children to understand. Highly recommend!

This is a great book! My 4 year old loves when we read it and very quickly started adapting the different practices to calm his mind.
I love these! These go perfectly with book set. I use all of it in client therapy sessions. My kiddos love them and they learn so much. All the information is presented simply, on an age appropriate level for kids
